Return, Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy


Cancellations:

To cancel your order, you must request a cancellation before the order has shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us.

Returns:

We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in new condition. Items cannot be used, worn or washed. You are responsible for return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange apparel because it doesn't fit, you will be responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If you need to initiate an exchange, please contact us.

Refunds:

We will send you an email once we have received and inspected your returned item(s). In this email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from your refund.

If your refund is taking longer than expected, contact your debit/credit card company. It can take up to 7 business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
